There's a learning curve to be considered, but Elvira was very quick in assisting with the issues I was experiencing. She helped me get things right again since I had accidentally deleted some formulas. So, I'd advise you to proceed cautiously and be mindful of editing only fields. That said, the spreadsheet delivers everything, I find it fun and easy to take care of my finances.
Transactions table in january isn't loading dropdown menus, but all other months are. I was wondering if I could have help making it work properly.
I absolutely love this spreadsheet! For me it was a bit of a learning curve because I created my own spreadsheets and laid it out differently But this one is better because it streamlines everything. I had different charts for expenses and here it’s all in one spot, so easy to see! The ONLY thing I’ve had issues with is the savings portion. BUT that’s probably a Me thing as I had issues with something else then figured it out. Again, it’s a bit of a learning curve but the video tutorials help so much. It was worth it!!!
I am a CFA charterholder and downloaded this largely to learn more excel skills. I did not expect to be impressed (CFA is a giant finance thing), but absolutely was. This is a great tool. A few things got funky when I put it into excel from sheets but everything was easy to fix.
I'm generally happy with the 50/30/20 Ultimate Budget Spreadsheet. While I feel that €24 might be a bit steep, I do appreciate the overall time-saving aspect and how easy it is to navigate once you get the hang of it. One feature I would love to see is an exchange rate converter. In Europe, it's common to have various accounts with different currencies, and having a tool that tracks monthly gains or losses in those currencies would be very useful. Despite this, I will definitely check out the rest of the templates as I believe they are quite helpful.
